New Mexico Homemaker-Personal Care Attendants must complete 40 hours of training within the first year of hire pursuant to 7.28.2.31. IPCed's 30 hour program will help you meet the topic specific requirements outlined by the state. The remaining 10 hours must be completed prior to entering a client's home; 2 of those hours may be agency specific orientation; the remaining 8 hours must be client service specific and IPCed has over 200 course options for you to custom build a program to meet the needs of each caregiver's clients!
