Using the Care and Compliance Group online learning system you are able to complete your continuing education at YOUR pace and on YOUR schedule. Take courses from the comfort of your own home or office using any computer with an internet connection (yes, it is Mac compatible).

  1. Register for the courses that meet your needs and interests or register for unlimited access to all our online courses.
  2. Create a Community Ed Online username (your email address) and password. You only need to do this the first time you take a course at Communtiy Ed Online.
  3. Log-in to the course, read it and pass the test.
  4. Mail or fax in a written affidavit to verifying completion.
  5. Your certificate of completion will be emailed within 24 business hours of receipt by our office.

A note before you being:

  • You cannot use the same email address that someone else has already used. You need to have your own.

  • Licensing will not accept duplicate courses taken from previous years.The Administrator Certification Section will accept repeat courses as long as they are not duplicated within the two year renewal period.

  • If you are having trouble getting your affidavit, please check your junk / bulk email folders first, then call our office.

  • Make sure the courses selected are approved for your type of continuing education requirements. (RCFE/ARF or GH) Not all courses are approved for all three.
