Summer is Here: Watch Out For Heatstroke and Heat Exhaustion
Today being the first official day of summer is a good reminder to all of us to watch for signs of heat-related emergencies in our residents. Because of physiological changes and possible disease processes, your residents are at a greater risk for both heatstroke and heat exhaustion.
