With your hectic schedule, it is sometimes easy to overlook simple compliance issues. Don’t forget to update your required employer postings for next year. State and federal laws require specific information be posted in the workplace in an area that is accessible to all employees. These postings include minimum wage information, equal employment opportunity notices, and others.
