Federal Anti-Arbitration Legislation Moves Forward

The House Judiciary Committee has approved the Fairness in Nursing Home Arbitration Act (H.R. 6126), which would prohibit nursing homes and assisted living communities from using pre-dispute arbitration clauses in their contracts.
